6 ears fresh corn, leaves removed
butter, to taste
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place corn directly over the heat, cover and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often, until the kernels are spotted brown.
- Carefully remove the corn cob from the grill and transfer to a large platter.
- Brush with butter and sprinkle evenly with shaker of your choice. Serve immediately.
