2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tspGreek Dressing MixorBruschetta SeasoningorVegetable Seasoning
1⁄4 cup fresh spinach
2 tbsp feta cheese


Preparation

  1. Use a basting brush to lightly oil an Omelet Maker. Whisk eggs and milk until frothy, then pour into omelet maker.
  2. Top with seasoning, spinach, and feta cheese.
  3. Close lid and microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
