2 tbsp milk
1⁄4 cup fresh spinach
2 tbsp feta cheese
- Use a basting brush to lightly oil an Omelet Maker. Whisk eggs and milk until frothy, then pour into omelet maker.
- Top with seasoning, spinach, and feta cheese.
- Close lid and microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
- Loosen omelet with a spatula, slide onto a plate, and serve.
