1 lb (450 g) ground turkey
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) crushed tomatoes

1 cup grated Pepper Jack cheese, divided
3 tbspMarinara Sauce Mix
3 cups uncooked, bite-sized pasta, like penne or rotini

- Meanwhile, add pasta to Multipurpose Pot with boiling water. Cook 5 min (pasta will be undercooked). Drain and set aside.
- When sauce is cooked, stir in pasta. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 7 min, or until pasta is tender.
- For softer pasta, let rest in steamer for 3 min after microwaving and before removing lid.

The longer the cooked pasta rests in the steamer after microwaving, the more tender it gets.
