Preparation
  1. Place spinach in a large serving bowl. Add mushrooms, avocado, and onion. Season with Sea Salt and Black Pepper, then drizzle with Sesame Ginger Dressing.
  2. Gently toss to mix. Shake Sesame Crunch Topper overtop.
Tips

Make a big batch of Sesame Ginger Dressing for zesty salads throughout the week. Also makes a great marinade for steaks, chops, and ribs.
