black beans, rinsed and drained

cooked, diced sweet potato, optional

Creamy Garlic Hummus, prepared

Chipotle Aioli, prepared, optional

  1. Place couscous in a serving bowl.
  2. Top with slaw, greens, and black beans. Add sweet potato, if desired.
  3. Top with hummus and aioli, if desired. Serve.
