Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, pair your air fryer with Epicure’s microwave cookware for perfect fries every time. Beat the summer heat—no hot ovens required here!

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
  2. Thinly slice potato into fries. Place in Round Steamer with seasoning and oil; gently toss to coat.
  3. Cover and microwave on high until slightly tender, 3 min.
  4. Place fries in air fryer basket, spreading them out to avoid clumping.
  5. Air fry 10 min or until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
