Turn carrot sticks into fun fries. They have a slightly sweeter taste than potatoes and are just as satisfying. A great way to get kiddos to eat more veggies. Serve with Big Burger Sauce for dunking.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  2. Cut carrots into french fry sticks. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with fry seasoning. Bake for 30 min or until tender.
  4. Shake on more fry seasoning and add toppings, if desired.
Tips

Serve your veggie fries standing upright in a teacup, or small stoneware bowl, accompanied by your favourite Epicure dip!

Experiment with other firm root vegetables, like parsnips, beets, sweet potatoes and yams. Cooking time may vary.
