Blender Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 whole egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1⁄2 cups whipping cream
Preparation
- Place Hot Chocolate, egg and vanilla into blender. Pulse to combine.
- In a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, heat whipping cream until small bubbles form at edges; be careful not to boil. With blender running on slow, gradually pour warm cream into chocolate mixture and blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Fill dessert dishes and chill before serving.
