Creamy Guacamole Dip

For traditional guacamole, prepare without sour cream. Perfect for Mexican layer dip.
Ingredients
3 tbspGuacamole Dip Mix
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1⁄2 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate dip for 1 hour to allow flavours to mellow.
